Palm Beach Pride

The Caucus will be all over Palm Beach Pride again this year! Join us for the fun, and consider helping out at our booth for an hour or two. We’ll be at the festival both days, from Noon until 6pm, meeting, greeting, sharing info, and talking about the Caucus and the work we’re doing. There are a million people there and it’s always a great time. Kevin Muth is once again our Pride Coordinator, and he can answer all your questions.

The Parade is Sunday, March 29 with kickoff at 11am. We will know our lineup spot that morning but we gather at Lucerne Ave. and J St. by 1030am. March with us in the parade! We will have our members, DEC members, candidates, elected officials including FDP Vice Chair Daniel Henry; Reps. Debra Tendrich, Rob Long, Emily Gregory, Jervonte Edmonds; LWB Vice Mayor Sarah Malega; Delray Beach Commissioner Judy Mollica; WPB Commissioner Shalonda Warren; Greenacres Commissioner Susy Diaz; Chair Howard Richman; former Chair Terrie Rizzo; and Clerk candidate Yvette Drucker, State House candidates August Mangeney and Bobby Wiilliams Jr., County Commission candidate Curtis Calabrese, and Housse candidate Bernard Taylor and more! There will be 10,000 people lining the streets cheering us on! And we’ve got a beautifully wrapped vehicle this year too courtesy of Mark Beaumont!

Dolphin Democrats President Alfredo Olvera and LGBTQ+ Democratic Caucus of the Treasure Coast President Hank Bonner will talk about the upcoming elections, how we can work together, and what we need to do to recruit, support and elect Democrats up and down the ballot. We’ll get updates on Pride, FDP, DEC, and Florida LGBTQ+ Democratic Caucus, as well as hear what’s on your mind.

The major event, the Leadership Blue Gala Dinner on Saturday night, features keynotes by Sen. Cory Booker and Gov. Andy Beshear.
